Most people see brown people as a no good, dark skinned, black haired, funny looking, funny talking, curry eating, brownie, who just came fresh off the boat. We demand equality. We demand not to be referred to as brownies. We demand to walk down the street, and not to be harassed for our unique complexion. We demand not to be laughed at when we speak with our distinct accent. We demand that our music not be ridiculed when we come to a stop at a traffic light and it is blaring from our car, and we are doing our Bhangra dance.
