I saw Mark Saldana perform on the "Indian Invasion Comedy" DVD. If you can't handle adult language stay away, otherwise it's a very funny DVD with all Indian stand up comedians.

"What do most people think when they see a brown person? Most people see brown people as a no good, dark skinned, black haired, funny looking, funny talking, curry eating, brownie, who just came fresh off the boat. We demand equality. We demand not to be referred to as brownies. We demand to walk down the street, and not to be harassed for our unique complexion. We demand not to be laughed at when we speak with our distinct accent. We demand that our music not be ridiculed when we come to a stop at a traffic light and it is blaring from our car, and we are doing our Bhangra dance. We demand not to be laughed and pointed at like clowns in a circus when we walk down the street in our cultural clothing. Finally we demand not to be discriminated by others just because our names contain 10 or more letters, and even someone with a master degree in English would have extreme difficulty pronouncing it. In conclusion, with exception to the skin colour, hair colour, different looks, different accents, different food, strange music, strange clothing and complicated names, brown people are just like regular people, and demand equality."-brown_rebel
